Michael Rüegger

My professional career originally began with an apprenticeship at a major Swiss bank.
I was fascinated by the personal contact with people in combination with topics such as finance and accounting.
After successfully completing my apprenticeship and a subsequent language study trip to England, I returned to my training centre as a private client advisor.

In order to deepen my knowledge, I began a part-time degree programme at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in Basel.
During my studies, I became fascinated by the financial, accounting and legal aspects of companies, which is why I joined a large auditing firm while still a student. Training to become a certified public accountant was the logical next step for me.

TRETOR AG allows me to apply my knowledge to both simple and complex issues and to develop customised solutions together with my clients.
This combination of personal contact and new challenges every day enriches my working day anew.

In my private life, family and friends are the most important things to me, as time spent together is what makes life worth living. Sport also plays a central role in my life because it provides the ideal balance.
